"My Tempura" made with Daitora's high-quality surimi and autumn ingredients (Parent and Child)

Cooperation and Support/ Ootora Kamaboko Ebisubashi Suji Honten

Program Contents

Founded in 1876, Ootora is dedicated to high-quality hamo (Japanese conger eel), freshness, and production methods, and has been tireless in proposing new styles such as "kamaboko eaten with a spoon".
At the main store, you can learn the history of kamaboko making and try your hand at crafting your very own original "favorite tempura" by kneading seasonal ingredients into the paste at the workshop. Enjoy them freshly fried on the spot, and take the rest home with you. This time, we are offering sessions aimed at adults as well as sessions that parents and children can attend together.
