The Ebisubashi Suji Shopping Arcade stretches approximately 370 meters from north to south between the front of the Takashimaya Osaka Store and Ebisubashi Bridge. It is a bustling shopping street in the middle of Namba, lined with approximately 100 diverse stores, ranging from long-established stores to cutting-edge fashion, entertainment, and gourmet restaurants.
This is an event handmade and planned by merchants to let people know the charms of the stores and the Namba area around Ebisubashi Suji Shopping Street through experiences that are not possible in the ordinary course of events and that can only be enjoyed in Namba.
The "Ebisubashi Expo" was first held in 2010, and has since been re-titled the "Ebisubashi Suji Shopping Street Experience Expo" and held twice a year, in spring and fall. To date, more than 10,000 people have participated in the program.

We have prepared programs in which the owners and staff of long-established stores familiar to Osaka residents serve as lecturers to teach secret techniques, programs in which visitors can experience gourmet food, drinks, sweets, history, and other themes while walking around town, and programs unique to Namba, such as movies and entertainment.
The more you know about Namba, the more you will be able to enjoy the city, including the places you cannot go alone and the variety of stores in the back alleys. The charm of the shopping district is that you can enjoy not only the experience, but also the interaction between the merchants and participants, and between participants.
